The Nordic Oat Association (NOA) is a non-profit organisation founded 2007 by interested parties from the national oat assocations of Sweden, Finland and Norway. NOAs main objectives is to promote an increased use of nordic oats and oat-based products on a global market. To achieve these objectives the organization is focused on a number oat related activites.
