General information for speakers, and presenters
- Both oral and poster presentations are invited to the conference
- All abstracts, presentations and posters must be in English.
- Abstracts of the presentations or posters should be sent in PDF-format by e-mail to abstract.eoc2010@nordicoat.org
- Deadline for sending abstracts is May 31, 2010. No abstracts will be considered for oral presentations after this date. However, poster presentations can be accepted also after deadline latest June 30, 2010
- The abstract should be maximum 1 A4-page and has to be proofread for spelling and grammar prior submission
- Contact eoc2010@nordicoat.org if you have any questions.
- NOTE! While still in the abstract phase in June 2010, you can change the title of your paper and remove / add authors if needed.

Technical information for Oral and Poster Presentations
- Speakers selected for oral presentations have 20 minutes time to speak including time for discussion, unless other roles are specified by the Scientific Committee.
- Only LCD projectors will be used in all sessions. All slide presentations must be formatted for PowerPoint display. All presenters are required to submit their ppt presentation well in advance to the organiser to avoid technical difficulties in the session.
- The Conference Organisers will provide the MAC for each session. To be on the safe side, please do not forget to bring your presentation on a memory stick with you.
- The date and time of your oral presentation will be announced in the abstract acceptance letter.
- One poster board will be available for each poster. To fit within the poster frame, posters must be sized: A0. Pins will be provided by the organiser
- Posters should be readable from a distance of 2 meters
If your abstract is accepted and selected for a oral/poster presentation, you agree that your abstract will be printed in the "European Oat Conference Book 2010".
