It is our pleasure to invite you and your colleagues from both academia and industry to the Nordic Oat Days 2011, to be held October 10-12, in Helsinki, Finland.
This year the meeting is arranged in collaboration with New Nordic Food program. New Nordic Food promotes the use and diversity of Nordic regional ingredients, development of new Nordic cuisine and creates a common Nordic food culture that reflects the qualities of our region.
The oat activates at this meeting will include a global product idea mill, data on market trends and opportunities, oat and health, food safety and grain development issues. In the event also new delicious ways to serve oats are presented.
